Arc. Ebenezer Olugbenga Ogunbiyi hails from Ilesa in Osun State, Nigeria. He had his Secondary Education at Ibadan Boys’ High School, Oke-Bola Ibadan and his Professional Training at Ibadan Polytechnic and University of Ife (now O.A.U) Ile-Ife Osun State of Nigeria. With a mixed Educational and Professional career in the Tertiary Institutions and the Federal Public Service from 1980 – 1997, Arc. E. O. Ogunbiyi came into the Business Arena greatly enriched in knowledge and Management. He started with Gideon Associates (A firm of Architects and Planners) Mokola Ibadan in 1980 and later on took an appointment with the Capital Projects Department of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Lagos as a Project Architect. From 1989-1994, he was seconded to Federal Ministry of Defence to coordinate the Relocation and Rehabilitation works of all Military Formations in the Western Region covering Ibadan, Lagos, Abeokuta, Benin etc. all these Projects were under the 2 Divisional Headquarters, Nigerian Army, Ibadan Oyo State, Nigeria. Many Projects including Residential, Educational, Health, Religious, Sporting and Municipal Facilities were executed under his leadership at this period. He later on moved to the Federal Housing Authority as the Zonal Head to co-ordinate the Housing Delivery Policy of the Federal Government then, between 1995 and 1996 in the Western Zone of Nigeria. He retired successfully in September 1997 at Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, Ibadan and started with the then small Professional Outfit called “Messrs. Arki – Consultants” which today, has metamorphosed into several successful Businesses. He has served as Consultant to many Federal and State Institutions in Design and Supervision of Institutional projects like:

• Senate Building, Faculty Buildings, Lecture Theatres, Science and Research Laboratories , Students Hostels among others.
• Shopping Arcades, Hotels & Motels
• Primary, Secondary and Higher Educational Buildings
• Stadia and other Sports Facilities
• Teaching Hospitals, College of Medicine and other allied Medical Facilities.
• Factories and Numerous Residential Buildings
